Your hosts Jamie and Skander talk with Keston Perry, lecturer and political economist at the University of West England. We discuss his theory of the disproportionate effect that climate change has on low-income countries, and in what ways this is rooted in historical colonialism. We talk about why high-income countries should offer reparations to low-income countries, to help them conduct projects and build the infrastructure to better resist the effects of climate change.
